How to Order

·         Please feel free to contact us.

·         Brief us details of your company or yourself.

·   Please provide us your company purchase order. We also accept government LO.

·    In the need of the corporate identity to appear on the products – please let us know: you may provide us with your own stickers/tag or otherwise we will prepare it for you with a very minimum charges.

·      You will be attended personally if needed.

Terms and Conditions

·       All personal order must be paid in cash prior delivery.

· For government and corporate, confirmation of purchase only effective once we obtain your LO or PO and remittance of an initial payment equivalent to 40% of order value (except government LO)

·      Place your order at least 1-2 weeks before delivery.
·      An initial payment 40%  is required once confirmation is made.

·     The initial payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.

·  The balance amount of 60% is to be settled upon delivery or collection of the goods.

·  Free delivery is available depending on quantity of products and value of purchase.

· Carrotshoppe has the right to publish or reproduce any sample,  design or products without prior consent from customers.
